Larry Gundrum, who has served on Green Lake Renewal’s board of directors for the past two years, has been named executive director of Green Lake Renewal’s Town Square Community Center. He will be responsible for planning, executing and leading all Town Square initiatives, including programming, events, and project development, as well as overseeing Town Square’s Green Lake Kitchens, Green Lake Fitness and Mill Pond Terrace, the new outdoor event venue opening this summer on the north side of Town Square.

Mr. Gundrum comes to Town Square with nearly 30 years of experience in project management, customer service, and operations. Most recently, her served as Director of Operations for Madden Communications near Chicago, overseeing more than 125 employees. Now, he’ll using his vast experience as a creative planner, organizer and manager to take our organization to the next level.”

“Both of my parents are from Wisconsin,” added Gundrum. “I lived in Wausau and Mosinee as a child, and I have over 150 aunts, uncles and first cousins in Wisconsin. So moving to Green Lake is, in a way, coming home to Wisconsin.”
