June 12, 2020, Green Lake, WI – Who doesn’t like a succulent chicken wing?! Eighteen-year-old, Green Lake summer resident,  Will Gerstein sure does. On June 5, Bucket Wings opened to the public and the Town Square Community Center welcomed this young, savvy entrepreneur to not only help satisfy his own personal business ambitions but also your appetite for the all mighty chicken wing. 

Will has spent the last 15 summers soaking up the lake, announcing for the old Green Lake Lakers Baseball, and enjoying the local cuisine (aka Little Corporal pancakes). But he is no stranger to business ventures. Will has many tricks up his sleeve! he has sold ice cream, offered web-based graphic design services, and for the past two summers, he has performed a magic show for children at The Market on Fridays at Town Square. 

You can catch Will operating Bucket Wings out of the Town Square kitchen and serving up 10 amazing flavors of air-fried chicken wings and freshly baked chocolate chip cookies. Yum!
