Larry Gundrum joined Town Square as Executive Director in May of 2019, responsible for planning, executing and leading all Town Square initiatives, including programming, events, and project development. Mr. Gundrum comes with nearly 30 years of experience in project management, customer service, and operations. Most recently, her served as Director of Operations for Madden Communications near Chicago, overseeing more than 125 employees. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois in Urbana/Champaign, Illinois.
Jorge Gutierrez joined Town Square in 2017 as Manager of Marketing and Development, responsible for communicating the organization's many programs and initiatives to donors and the public. A recent graduate of Ripon College, Jorge brings to his position significant experience in marketing and public relations and community leadership. While attending college, he served as a Marketing Intern for Sodexo in Ripon and as a Public Relations Intern for Mo Better Burgers in Los Angeles. At Ripon College, Jorge was a Resident Assistant, an Admissions Intern, the Student Media and Activities Committee President, and the Alumni Relations Chairman for Theta Chi Fraternity.
Tammera (Tami) Doering joined Town Square as Events and Programs Manager in June 2019. Ms. Doering works closely with the rest of the staff to carry out the organization’s daily operations, including space management, creation and maintenance of schedules, and assisting in the creation and management of future programs at Town Square. A native from Wonewoc, Tami joins the organization with many years of administrating, organization and sales experience living in Colorado. While residing in Estes Park, she worked with the Town of Estes Park in the Clerk’s office and as the Association Executive for the Board of REALTORS.
