ADRC Programs at Town Square
A Strong Partnership for Community Well-Being
At Town Square, we’re dedicated to creating a vibrant, inclusive community where everyone has access to resources that enhance their well-being. That’s why we’re proud to host programs from the Aging & Disability Resource Center (ADRC) of Green Lake County, which provides essential support for older adults, individuals with disabilities, caregivers, and families.
How ADRC Benefits Our Community
The ADRC offers no-cost services, helping individuals navigate long-term care, Medicare, Social Security, and other essential resources. Their programs promote independence, connection, and well-being—aligning with Town Square’s mission to bring people together and support a thriving community.
