Green Lake’s newest fitness destination offers equipment for cardio and strength training. Members enjoy the use of elliptical machines, treadmills, free weights, yoga accessories, stability balls and other equipment.

Green Lake Fitness is located inside Town Square in a bright and airy space right off the first-floor lobby. We offer daily, weekly, monthly and annual memberships at affordable rates and partner with Silver Sneakers and Renew Active.

Hatha Yoga

Rhythm & Wellness Class

A dance therapy program designed to boost your physical fitness, lift your spirits, and clear your mind. Our dynamic sessions combine high-energy dance styles like salsa, zumba, etc. With moments of mindfulness, relaxation, and emotional expression. No dance experience is needed – just bring your enthusiasm!

 

 

Chair Yoga

Fridays | 10am | Studio A

Perfect for individuals with limited mobility, seniors, desk workers, or anyone seeking a gentle yet effective practice, Chair Yoga meets Friday mornings from 10:00 to 11:00 AM. This class focuses on improving flexibility, strength, mental clarity, and overall well-being. Participants will benefit from reduced stress, increased confidence, and enhanced balance, all while practicing from the support of a chair. Join Carol for this inclusive and restorative class designed to meet you where you are.
