Town Square offers a variety of dynamic spaces available to rent for your next gathering, meeting, class, lecture, or party! 

Town Square offers the spaces at great rates, see the room options below.  All spaces offer access to public restrooms and are handicapped accessible. Please note that each room has different rental guidelines based on its location in the building and accessibility to furniture.  Non-profit rates are available, please contact us directly.

We have  a list of recommended local vendors for catering. Some rooms have tables and chairs available to use with a set up price. We can provide vendor information for spaces that require rentals.

Studio A

Seating Capacity: 100

Square Footage: 1,560 sq ft

Studio A serves as a great space for lectures, fitness classes, presentations, and more.  This room features hardwood floors, wood paneling walls, and showcases great framed historical pictures of Green Lake.  The windows overlook the Mill Pond Terrace, offering lots of natural light.  Windows can have blinds closed for darker settings.  The room offers a low stage and podium, as well as a large flat wall behind the stage for projections.  Public restrooms are located directly across the hall.  This room can come equipped with chairs and skinny tables (as pictured) at a setup cost.  We offer a recommended vendor that you can contact to inquire about renting linens and alternative chairs, and/or tables should you need it.

Daily Rate: $225

Studio B

Seating Capacity: 20

Square Footage: 560 sq ft

Studio B is appropriate for  meetings, presentations, lectures, or classes.  The tables in the room can be set up in a circular or classroom formation as shown in the pictures.  The windows offer blinds to eliminate outside light if needed.  There are two large Dry Erase Boards in the room (please bring your own markers to use during your time).   Public restrooms are located just down the hall.

Club Room

Capacity: 48

Square Footage: 1,200 sq ft

This is the newest addition to our lineup of rentable event spaces.  The Club Room offers cafe tables, a stage, a kitchenette, outdoor access, and windows overlooking the Mill Pond.  This room is known for game playing, but has many potential uses such as parties, classes, presentations, and more. There is a screen for presentation and projector available to rent if needed. Ample parking is available on Water Street and it is handicap accessible.

Price Per Hour: $40

Terrace Tent

Dimensions: 20’ x 40’

The Terrace Tent is a great outdoor space located on the Mill Pond Terrace, overlooking the gorgeous Mill Pond.  This unique space is great for outdoor gatherings and parties. It is adjacent to the Town Square Tap and close to parking. A set number of tables and chairs are available at an additional cost.

Price Per Hour: $50

Mill Pond Terrace

This large outdoor space is very dynamic, whether you’re having a private concert, an outdoor class, or a large event, this is the space for you.  The Terrace  overlooksMill Pond and is adjacent to our lower parking lot.  We offer a recommended vendor that you can contact to inquire about renting tables, chairs, and linens.

Hourly Rate: $100

Daily Rate: $1,000

Ballroom

Capacity: 120 Seated for Meals, 180 Seated for Lectures

Square Footage: 1,800 sq ft

With its double-door entry, original soaring tin ceilings, crystal chandeliers, arched windows flanked in floor-to-ceiling draperies and refinished original hardwood floors, this is the perfect space for your next special affair. Conveniently located directly above the main Town Square lobby. Professionally-installed sound system and fully equipped for audiovisual presentations.  

Public restrooms are available directly off the large room entrance.  This room can come equipped with round tables and/or chairs.  We offer a recommended vendor that you can contact to inquire about renting linens and alternative chairs, and/or tables should you need it.

This space also has a bar that is available when the Ballroom is rented. Town Square provides alcohol service per Wisconsin State Law.
