The Ballroom
With its soaring tin ceilings, sparkling crystal chandeliers and original hardwood floors, the Ballroom brings a little extra charm to any occasion. From celebrations and banquets to presentations and community gatherings, this elegant space offers a beautiful setting with plenty of room to bring people together.
The Ballroom features a professionally installed sound system, audiovisual capabilities and a bar available for events. Round tables and chairs can also be provided, with additional rental options available through recommended local vendors.

The Club Room
With views of the Mill Pond and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere, the Club Room offers a comfortable setting for parties, classes, meetings and more. Café-style tables, a stage and a kitchenette make this space a flexible option for gatherings of all kinds.
Located near Town Square's accessible entrance, the Club Room also offers convenient outdoor access and nearby parking along Water Street. A presentation screen is available, with a projector offered for an additional rental fee.

The Jury Room Bar
Looking for a relaxed and inviting space to bring people together? The Jury Room Bar offers a cozy atmosphere that's perfect for happy hours, casual celebrations, private parties and social gatherings. Located inside Town Square's historic building, this unique space is a great place to catch up with friends, celebrate a special occasion or simply enjoy good company.
With its welcoming atmosphere and convenient bar service, the Jury Room Bar makes hosting a gathering easy and enjoyable.

The MakerSpace
Let your creativity take over in Town Square's MakerSpace! Perfect for art classes, crafting workshops and hands-on activities, this cozy room offers a welcoming place to learn, create and try something new.
Located just off the main lobby, the MakerSpace features four large art tables with seating and access to a stocked art supply room. While the space is normally open to the public, it is also available for private rentals.

Mill Pond Terrace
Take your gathering outside! Overlooking the beautiful Mill Pond, the Mill Pond Terrace offers a spacious, open-air setting with plenty of possibilities. From private concerts and outdoor classes to celebrations and community events, this scenic space is a great place to bring people together.
Conveniently located near Town Square's lower parking lot, the terrace offers flexibility for events of all kinds. Need tables, chairs or linens? We're happy to connect you with recommended local rental vendors.

Studio A
Bright, spacious and filled with natural light, Studio A is a versatile space for fitness classes, workshops, lectures, presentations and more. Large windows overlook the Mill Pond Terrace, while framed photographs of historic Green Lake add a little local character to the room.
With a low stage, podium and wall suitable for projections, Studio A is ready for a variety of activities. Chairs and narrow tables are available for an additional setup fee, making it easy to arrange the space to fit your needs.

Studio B
Need a comfortable place to meet, learn or collaborate? Studio B is a great fit for smaller meetings, classes, presentations and group discussions. Its flexible layout allows tables to be arranged in a classroom or circular setup, depending on your gathering.
The room comes equipped with a mounted television, OWL videoconferencing system and dry erase board, making it especially convenient for meetings and presentations. Window blinds also allow you to control the natural light as needed.

The Terrace Tent
Enjoy the beauty of Green Lake with a little extra coverage! Located on the Mill Pond Terrace, the Terrace Tent provides a scenic outdoor setting for parties, celebrations and casual gatherings. With views of the Mill Pond and easy access to nearby parking, it's a wonderful place to spend time with friends, family or colleagues.
The tent is conveniently located near the Town Square Tap, and tables and chairs are available for an additional fee.

Accessibility: All rental spaces are accessible and offer access to public restrooms.
Tables & Chairs: Furniture availability and setup options vary by room. Additional setup fees or outside rentals may apply.
Catering & Vendors: We can provide recommendations for local caterers and rental vendors to help bring your event together.
Nonprofit Rentals: Discounted rental rates are available for nonprofit organizations. Contact us for details.
Alcohol Service: All alcoholic beverages must be provided through Town Square in accordance with Wisconsin state law.
