Yoga Classes

Carol Jo Skivington is back teaching yoga at Town Square. She continues teaching Hatha Yoga classes Tuesday nights at 6pm and is now introducing the much requested Chair Yoga on Friday mornings at 10 am.

Caregiver’s Support Group

The group is open to anyone caring for a loved one with Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia, with a purpose of providing mutual support, ideas, and understanding in a caring and confidential environment. 

The support group will meet from 10-11:30 a.m. on the first and third Wednesday of each month in Town Square’s Club Room. There is no charge to participate.

AA & AL-ANON

There are weekly 12-Step Recovery meetings at Town Square Community Center. You are welcome to attend these meetings every Tuesday from 9:00 - 10:00 a.m. and Sunday from 6:30pm - 7:30pm.

The AA meeting is located in Studio A, and Al-Anon meets in Studio B.
