Preserve Our Historic Building

She’s quite a beauty. A grand dame. But she’s 127 years old. When Town Square acquired the historic courthouse building from Green Lake County in 2012, it was in a terrible state of disrepair. Since then, we’ve patched her together the best we could. But with our community center thriving and helping so many people every day, it’s time to get serious.

In 2025, Town Square commissioned a comprehensive Historic Structure report, from which a team of dedicated community experts determined top priorities to maximize community functionality while maintaining the architectural integrity of the building. Areas of focus include:

  • Addressing urgently-needed repairs

  • Comprehensive planning and management

  • Effective use of space

  • Building accessibility

  • Structural integrity

  • Major building systems

Your generous gift will ensure that this grand building will continue to serve the community for many decades to come.
