Artist Commission Donation *

As Town Square is a non-profit, supported through the community, we ask each artist to donate 20% of any art work sold during the display. These funds allow us to promote the artists, offer an artist reception and present your work to the public. This will also allow us to have a person in the lobby/gallery area that will be able to answer questions and assist with sales on a daily basis. Town Square will have payment for artwork sales available to the artist at the front desk when picking up the show or will be mailed within 10 days of show's end.

I agree to donate 10% of my art sales commission to Town Square and authorize Town Square to collect this amount directly from the proceeds of my artwork sales.

I do not agree to donate any of my art sales commissions to Town Square at this time.

Artwork Installation and Pick-Up *

Artwork will be installed on a mutually agreed-upon date prior to the first Friday of each month. It is the artist’s responsibility to retrieve their work on the agreed-upon pick-up date. In the event of an emergency or scheduling conflict, the artist must contact Town Square to make alternate arrangements or to authorize another individual to pick up the artwork on their behalf.

Use of Digital Files and Artwork Images *

By submitting digital files or artwork images to Town Square, I grant permission for Town Square to use these materials for marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to press releases, social media, the Town Square website, and other publicity materials.

Photography and Media Coverage *

I grant Town Square the right to photograph my artwork as displayed in the lobby and to use those images for promotional and marketing purposes. Town Square also has permission to allow local news sources to photograph, film, or write about the artwork for promotional purposes.

Town Square Marketing and Promotion *

Town Square will promote the exhibit through printed posters, a Facebook event and social media posts, and on greenlaketownsquare.org, as well as through additional printed, online, and public marketing channels. I understand that my name and the title of my artwork may be used in connection with these promotions.

Content and Conduct Standards *

Artists are expected to ensure that all artwork and accompanying materials remain neutral and free of political or divisive statements. Town Square reserves the right to decline or remove any artwork or promotional material that is deemed to contain political, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate content inconsistent with Town Square’s community mission and values.
