Kick off your Independence Day weekend with Town Square’s annual Party on the Pond, a free summer tradition bringing the community together for live music, great food, cold drinks, and lakeside fun in the heart of downtown Green Lake.

Bring your lawn chairs, gather your friends and family, and enjoy an evening on the scenic Mill Pond Terrace. The festivities begin at 4:30 pm with Oliver & Ariana, bringing laid-back summer vibes and crowd-favorite acoustic tunes to the waterfront.

At 7:00 pm, the energy turns up with Best Practice, a crowd-favorite cover band known for high-energy performances, top-40 hits, and dance-worthy party favorites that will keep the celebration going all night long.

Come hungry—J’s BBQ will be serving food throughout the evening, with beverages available for purchase.

Celebrate summer, community, and the holiday weekend under the summer sky at one of Green Lake’s favorite annual traditions. See you at the pond!

Taking you to your roots in music, at a Seth Brown Duo show you’re likely to laugh, sing, dance, and remember how much joy there is in being alive. Their original singer-songwriter vagabond style, showmanship, sound, and storytelling appeals to rock and roll, country, folk, and Americana fans alike!

In 1983, a teenager received his first guitar as a gift. By the end of the same day, he could play along with most songs on mainstream radio. After a fun run with the Madison-area rock band "The Exchange" from 1983 - 1988, he turned down an offer from a Chicago band for a "real" job and raising a family. After a 30+ year hiatus, he appeared publicly at the urging of a friend. Now, after only a year, he has been one of the accidentally busiest musicians in central WI, having played under the stage name "October Tree" at dozens of venues across the state.

October Tree plays an eclectic list of multi-genre covers and autobiographical originals ("Remembering/Everything", "Whenever", "Paradise", etc.) that connect with the listener through soaring, emotionally-expressive vocals and sassy strings presented in a remarkably rhythmic style with the utmost authenticity of just six strings and one voice. Their harmonies will transport you to the heart of Nashville's honky-tonk charm!

Green Lake summer resident, Peter Brush starting playing guitar as new father in his 30’s to entertain his children at their evening baths. He played in various cover bands in Libertyville, IL over the past 20 years but is currently enjoying playing solo shows.

He plays a number of Americana/Folk acoustic cover songs and sprinkles in some of own original songs as well. Peter is a life long seasonal Green Lake resident whose family roots in Green Lake goes back over 125 years.

His dream is to play on the Thrasher Opera House Stage where his Grandmother performed as a summer resident in the early 1900’s! Until then, see him at the Market at Town Square and at the Town Tap on a few occasions this summer.

Local musician, Dan Braaksma, plays a blend of country, blues, jazz and rock cover music. He has a great sound and has quite a following! Don't miss it!

This Green Lake group returns!

Join Summertime as they play for a cause. Free attendance! Donations made at the event will be used to improve the accessibility in our Community Center.

Summertime is a band of local Green Lake musicians who perform a wide selection of songs made famous from the late 50s to recent times. Most are classic rock, pop, blues, and ballads played in an acoustic style. These are great songs that you grew up listening to on the radio. Feel free to sing along as Summertime takes you on a melodic musical journey through songs that you remember and love.

A student of music history, Seth James covers well known songs from a broad spectrum of music. The 2010s saw Seth playing in acts ranging from jazz and classical music, to pop, rock, gospel and funk bands. A skilled singer, and an award winning guitar player, Seth began operating as a solo artist in 2020. Seth puts an emphasis on relatable and professional performances, engaging with audience requests and banter in a fun and friendly way.

Kylar Kuzio, a gifted singer-songwriter from Fond du Lac, WI, weaves her diverse upbringing across West Virginia, Ohio, and Wisconsin into her music, embodying a love for a broad spectrum of genres. Starting her musical journey on the fiddle at ten and quickly transitioning to guitar and songwriting under her father's guidance, Kylar has a knack for captivating audiences with her original songs and a rich mix of covers from Tyler Childers to Lady Gaga. With her rootsy flair and eclectic taste, Kylar not only shares her own stories but also introduces listeners to potentially new favorite songs and artists, making her performances uniquely engaging.

And also check out her newest song release of 2021 "Wild & Free" and "Brother Ben"! All songs are written and produced by Hannah!
She is a professional singer, and musician. She currently performs live all over Wisconsin. She has performed in Washington D.C. at the Capitol, Summerfest The Worlds Largest Music Festival, Country USA, Tennessee, Minnesota, and various local bars, private parties, and festivals.

The talented married duo features great vocals and instrumentals. These two put on quite a show, covering a wide variety of hits. Get ready to dance and sing along as these two light up Town Square Tap!

Twice nominated and winner of the 2021 WAMI Rising Star award, Lilie, plays an acoustic solo set featuring songs by Amy Winehouse, Brandi Carlile, Fleetwood Mac, John Prine, and more. Lilie brings a unique set list that will introduce the audience to new songs as well as crowd favorites.

Justin Levanetz was born and raised in Green Bay, WI. He laid down his rock and roll roots at age 15 when he joined local rock band The Resistance. Justin has been performing throughout the local area ever since. With a true love of all genres of music it is not uncommon to see Justin on stage jamming with local rock and blues musicians. HIs repertoire ranges from Johnny Cash, Bob Seger, Tom Petty, and Jimmy Buffet. 

Sundae + Mr. Goessl features award-winning vocalist Kate Voss (Earshot Magazine's Vocalist of the Year, two-time Seattle-Kobe Vocal Jazz Princess) and tireless virtuoso guitarist, Jason Goessl. This charming wife/husband duo has a style all their own and incorporate humor, vintage style, interesting instrumentation, nostalgia and serious musicianship in their act. While some label their style as "Vintage Pop" and others deem it "Cowboy Jazz" there's one adjective that everyone can agree on: delightful.
