About the Class
Join Dr. Culver of ChiroPlus for a wonderful outdoor experience on the NEW MILL POND TERRACE at the Town Square in Green Lake. May and June - the classes will be held on the lawn until the Terrace is complete. First class on the NEW TERRACE will be Thursday, July 11th.
Join the class and then stay for The Market at Town Square. Flow with your breath and body as you overlook the flowing water below. Pre-registration is NOT required, but helpful. In the event of inclement weather, the class will be moved inside the Town Square (location TBD). $5 cash donation per person appreciated.
Classes will be held on Thursdays from May 30 - June 27, and July 11 - August 29.
What to bring
Yoga mat, water, comfortable clothing, and a positive attitude.
About Dr. Jennifer Culver
Dr. Jennifer Culver grew up in Oconomowoc, WI and graduated from Oconomowoc Senior High School. She attended both the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire and the University of Wisconsin- Milwaukee, receiving her Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing in 1993 and additional coursework in Management Information Systems. She was a corporate leader in global organizations for over 15 years.
Jennifer left the corporate world in 2009 to pursue her dream to open a wellness center. She went on to accomplish many additional certifications: Certified Professional Life Coach with the International Coach Academy, Registered Yoga Teacher through YogAsylum, Reiki Master Teacher, Certified YogaKids Teacher, and Mindfulness Educator. She also has training and experience running a yoga teacher training program to develop new yoga teachers as well as working with traumatized/stressed youth and adults.
Jennifer graduated from the University of Sedona in 2018 where she pursued her Bachelors, Masters, and Doctorate degrees. Jennifer is an ordained metaphysical minister and a Doctor of Philosophy, Ph.D., specializing in Holistic Life Coaching. She is currently enrolled in the Functional Medicine Coach Academy, pursuing another coaching degree specializing in Functional Medicine.
Jennifer is an avid reader and life-long student, always learning and growing. She mentors local school-aged students, performs many volunteer hours each year, and enjoys the outdoors camping, paddle boarding, volleyball, walking, yoga, and meditation, both mindfully alone and with her husband and daughter.
