New this year: Exhibitors are able to apply online or by paper. All registration forms must be submitted by February 1, 2026
Exhibitors can apply using a Paper Registration Form OR using the Online Registration Form
PAPER REGISTRATION FORM
Applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis until capacity is reached. Individuals mailing in their registration should notify Jina Quade by email: jquade@greenlaketownsquare.org or by phone at 920-807-0008 when it is mailed. Once form and fee have been received and approved, your booth reservation will be secured and you will be notified. Paper registration forms should be mailed to:

EXHIBITOR LOGO & MARKETING ASSETS
Each exhibitor should submit a logo to use for marketing purposes. Exhibitors can email their logo to mwilton@greenlaketownsquare.org or submit their logo and/or images in the form below.
