Welcome Back Wooden Boat Tours at Harvest Fest

Harvest Fest.png

We are excited to be working with Norton Boat Works once again this year at Harvest Fest to offer Wooden Boat Tours. This 20-minute scenic voyage in a stunning 1954 Chris Craft costs just $20 a person with the proceeds benefiting your Town Square Community Center.

Rides will go from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. Tickets will be sold by volunteers at a pickup location in the wharf. Stay tuned both here and on social media for the pickup location to be announced.

If you’d like to be a volunteer to sell tickets, sign up is quick and easy!

Rides are subject to weather conditions.

The boat this year will be the 1954, 24 ft Chris Craft Holiday, 1 of 90 ever made! See this year’s vessel here

These tours wouldn’t be possible without Joe Norton and Jeff Simon. Joe Norton III opened up Norton’s Boat Works in 1970 and it is currently owned by Jeff Simon. This full-time restoration and boat building facility staffs extremely talented artists who use traditional methods and vintage tools to do most of their work.

In addition to the boat tours, Chris Crafts from across the decades will be on display in the Mill Pond Terrace parking lot.

Thank you for your support, and we hope to see you at Harvest Fest!
