Experience the healing vibrations of sound in a calm, supportive setting designed to promote relaxation, balance, and overall well-being. Sound Healing Meditation uses sacred sound instruments that have been used throughout history to help reduce stress, quiet the mind, and restore harmony in the body.

Each session invites participants to rest comfortably while listening to a guided soundscape that encourages deep relaxation and mindful awareness. No prior experience with meditation or sound healing is required—this practice is about slowing down, listening, and allowing the sound to support your natural state of balance.

Participants often report feeling more grounded, refreshed, and centered after a session.

What to Bring:
Wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat, pillow, or blanket if desired. Chairs and mats are available.
