Pilates Level 3

This class is for advanced pilates students and focuses on: a core-strengthening method of body conditioning, tones muscles, improves posture and provides flexibility and balance, creating a more streamlined shape. Prior experience is required as this class incorporates fast paced mat work and use of pilates apparatus equipment. Drop in class with instructor’s permission.

No advanced registration required. All fees paid directly to instructor Nancy Vandervelde.
