In this meditation class, Malia Lesavage will introduce you to the use of Tibetan Bowls and how sound affects the body. After the discussion, you’ll practice meditation with Malia as your guide, and when finished, you’ll feel whole, renewed and rejuvenated. The session will be followed by time to relay your experience and ask questions.
About the Instructor: Malia Lesavage has completed two years of Sound Healing Training and has more than 20 years of experience working with Tibetan bowls. Most recently she has studied a “Free to Sing” program, which inspired her to learn more about the power of sound and how it affects the human body. Originally from Milwaukee, Malia currently resides in Princeton.
