Instructor: Michael Cooney has been a professional photographer for more than 40 years. Long a proponent of Advocacy Photography, he continues to seek to produce images that touch people and make a difference. He is the photographer for the Oshkosh Herald, a photography instructor at Fox Valley Technical College and works with many area charitable organizations.
