  • Town Square Community Center 492 Hill Street Green Lake, WI, 54941 United States (map)

Thank you for your interest in the Introduction to Cocktails class. Registration is now closed.

March’s theme at Town Square is storytelling and what better way to kickoff Community Story Month than with stories and techniques for making some notable cocktails! Join Mixologist Karl Buelow with his trusty sidekick Ryan Rasmussen, Food and Beverage Manager at EAA, to not only learn the art of cocktail making but to hear the history and fantastic stories about some tasty libations you can wow your friends and family with!

Karl will walk you through how to make three cocktails, with a twist, including the Cucumber Basil Gimlet, "Real" Old Fashion, and Hemingway Daiquiri! All proceeds from this class will be donated by the instructors to support Town Square programs and events. Thank you Karl and Ryan!

If you'd like to mix your own cocktails along with the instructors, here are just a few items you will need:

> 3 Piece or Boston Shaker
> Strainer
> Muddler
