Now in it’s fourth year, the Freeland Film Festival brings people from around the globe into Green Lake to address some of the most important issues facing our world. Headquartered again at Town Square Community Center, the US headquarters for the international Freeland Foundation, this year’s festival will be a combination of in-person and virtual events, with inspiring stories from filmmakers who work internationally to create change.

About Freeland:

Freeland is a frontline organization working for a world that is free of wildlife trafficking and human slavery. Our team of law enforcement and development specialists work alongside partners in Asia, Africa and the Americas to build capacity, reduce demand, strengthen networks and promote good governance to protect critical ecosystems and vulnerable people.

About the Festival:

The Freeland Film Festival is a global storytelling platform featuring films about people, wild animals and ecosystems that are facing daunting challenges. These are stories of hope and inspiration. An annual weekend festival in Green Lake, WI that includes films, panels, live music, local food, and workshops presented.
