Ecstatic Dance is a free-form, meditative movement experience where participants move freely to music, release stored energy, and connect with their body, emotions, and inner rhythm. This welcoming session offers a chance to explore movement in a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment—no dance experience needed.
Guided by simple principles, participants move in silence, follow their own rhythm, and respect personal space. Barefoot or socks are encouraged, and guests are asked to arrive clear and present.
This experience can support relaxation, self-expression, emotional release, creativity, and a deeper sense of connection with yourself and others.

Ecstatic Dance follows a few simple guidelines designed to create a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for self-expression.
Barefoot or socks only, grounding into the floor
Come clear and present - no alcohol or substances
All bodies, ages (18 or older) & abilities welcome - move at your own pace - no dance experience necessary
This is a safe, non-judgmental space for you to explore aspects of yourself and open to more freedom of thought and expression
