Green Lake Fitness Workout Orientation

Join Green Lake Fitness at Town Square Community Center for a Workout Orientation, a welcoming, member-only opportunity to build confidence and get more out of your fitness routine.

Each monthly session focuses on a specific muscle group and highlights proper form, equipment use, and effective strength training techniques in a supportive, low-pressure environment. Members are encouraged to bring questions and learn practical exercises they can confidently incorporate into their workouts.

Sessions:

March 11 – Lower Body Focus

This session focuses on building strength and stability in the glutes, quads, hamstrings, and calves. Members will learn how to adjust foot placement and body position to better engage specific muscles, understand the difference between key lower-body movements, and explore effective squat and kickback variations. The goal is to improve form, increase confidence, and maximize results safely.

April 8 – Upper Body Focus

Strengthen your chest, back, shoulders, and arms while refining proper technique. This session will guide members through pressing, pulling, and curling movements, emphasizing posture, balance, and controlled strength training. Participants will leave with a better understanding of how to structure an effective upper-body workout.

May 13 – Core & Abs Focus

A strong core supports everything you do. This session focuses on safe and effective abdominal training, including standing core work and controlled leg lift variations. Members will learn how to properly engage the core, improve stability, and build strength that supports both daily movement and overall fitness.

Located in downtown Green Lake overlooking the Mill Pond, Green Lake Fitness offers cardio and strength equipment in a convenient, welcoming space. These orientations are designed to help members feel informed, comfortable, and confident using the fitness center.
