Green Lake Fitness Workout Orientation

Join Green Lake Fitness at Town Square Community Center for a Workout Orientation, a welcoming, member-only opportunity to build confidence and get more out of your fitness routine.
This orientation series takes place monthly, with each session focusing on a different topic—such as fitness equipment, exercise basics, or nutrition support. Members are encouraged to bring questions and learn in a supportive, low-pressure environment.
Located in downtown Green Lake overlooking the Mill Pond, Green Lake Fitness offers equipment for cardio, stretching, and strength training in a convenient and welcoming space. During this orientation, participants may review equipment use, explore beginner-friendly exercises, and gain practical tips to support their wellness goals.
The goal of this workout orientation is to help members feel informed, comfortable, and confident using the fitness space and resources available to them.
