Gratitude Journaling Session
Take a mindful pause and focus on what truly matters at Town Square’s Gratitude Journaling Sessions in Studio B. These free, 45-minute sessions are open to all ages and require no registration. Just bring a journal or notebook, a writing utensil, and your favorite coffee, tea, or water. Each session will guide participants through gentle prompts and quiet reflection, offering time to slow down, write, and reconnect with gratitude in a welcoming, peaceful setting.
Two sessions are available: Monday, November 17 from 8:30 to 9:15 AM and Tuesday, November 25 from noon to 12:45 PM. Guests are invited to attend one or both sessions. Take time for yourself, and discover how a few moments of gratitude can make a big difference in your day.
