Group Fitness

with Kimber

Mondays and Thursdays at 6 pm

Saturdays at 8 am

Studio A

Cost is $15 per class or 8 classes for $100, Payment: Cash, Venmo, or PayPal at time of class (receive a free gift if you complete 8 classes in one month!)

I'm excited to share my love of fitness with you through group classes. These are similar to workouts that I did daily at home for many years. The results from these workouts include reduced stress, weight loss and toning, improved sleep quality, and increase in metabolism, energy, strength and endurance. Classes will last approximately 45 minutes to an hour.

Workouts will be scalable for beginner to intermediate fitness levels by adding resistance to body weight exercises. I will be there to help through it all, just bring a mat and a water bottle. If you have resistance bands or light weights, feel free to bring them or I have plenty if you'd like to kick it up a notch!

Meet the fitness coach: Kiimber

I’m a 38 year old single mom to three kids and two dogs. I understand how hectic and stressful life can be. I started strength training almost 5 years ago when I realized that running wasn’t getting me the results I wanted and wasn’t best for my body. I became a personal trainer because I love helping others feel good too!

Working out helps me relieve stress, get better sleep, a toned body, and gives me mental clarity to be a happier and healthier person for the people that I love. Resistance training is important for everyone but especially women because as we age we lose bone density, muscle mass, coordination, and our metabolism slows.  This combination puts us at a higher risk for more serious health problems including heart problems, obesity, cancer, osteoporosis, and injury due to falls. It’s my goal to help people feel good and get healthier by sharing my passion for fitness in a fun and efficient way!
