About Tanya

Tanya Schaefer is a tax specialist with the Department of Revenue’s Office of Technical Services. She is responsible for responding to inquiries from the public and department employees and for drafting various department publications, administrative rules, tax releases, and private letter rulings relating to Wisconsin sales and use taxes.

Ms. Schaefer has worked for the department since June of 2006. Prior to joining the Technical Services Staff, Ms. Schaefer was a field auditor.
