Live Virtual Event: Cook With Celebrity Chef A. Champion

Want to kick your cooking skills up a notch? Are you looking for ways to diversify your meat recipes? Join us virtually on August 13, 6-7 p.m., and get a live demonstration from award-winning celebrity Chef Ace Champion, host of Cook Like A. Champion TV Series. Chef Ace will teach you how to make some delicious baby back ribs with pineapple whiskey sauce and answer any questions you have so you too can Cook Like a Champion. Chef Ace Champion comes from Louisiana’s excellent food state, specializing in Cajun/Creole — the taste of New Orleans! Chef Champion has over 20 years of culinary experience, including titles of Cook Like A. Champion TV series Host, Executive Chef, Personal Chef, Certified Meat Cutter, Event Coordinator as well as Cooking Class Instructor. He is also an honors Culinary Arts graduate of Fox Valley Technical College, one of the nation’s premier culinary schools.

Recently, Chef Ace participated in Al Roker’s Rokerthon: Al's Great American Sandwich Relay that aired during the "Today" show in hopes of making a Guinness World Record. All Chef Ace needed to do was make a sandwich in three minutes while talking with NBC "Today" show weatherman Al Roker and hope 60 other chefs could do the same.
