Moraine Park to Offer Business Startup Classes at Town Square this Fall
As part of Town Square’s entrepreneurship-support initiative, Moraine Park Technical College will once again offer a “Start Your Own Business” series of classes this fall. The program, starting in September at Town Square Community Center, includes a series of five, three-hour sessions on topics critical to the success of new and growing businesses, taking students through the key stages of planning, marketing, budgeting and financing.
Students may register by calling 800-472-4554 or 920-924-3207. The programs are featured on page 9 of the Moraine Park catalogue being mailed to all Green Lake area residents. Classes will run on Wednesday evenings from 5:30 to 8:25 pm on September 11 through October 9.
Part of Wisconsin’s Technical College System, Moraine Park is known for its robust business management program, which includes coursework in business development, technology, quality, customer service, financial management, human resources, project management and sales.

"With Green Lake Renewal's dedication to supporting entrepreneurs, we felt that TownSquare was the perfect location to hold this 'Start Your Own Business' series."
“Along with this important coursework, we encourage entrepreneurs to enter Town Square’s BizStarts program,” said Fran Hill, Town Square’s Board President. “In this mentor-based program, we will match you with seasoned professionals, successful business owners who are determined to help you grow your new or expanding business in the Green Lake area.”
