Postponed: Pop-up Margarita & Taco Bar
**2/22 UPDATE: Due to today's weather forecast, we need to save our salt for the sidewalks tonight! Looks like there is going to be more ice on the roads instead of where it belongs - in your margarita. We have decided to postpone tonight's pop-up margarita and taco bar until tomorrow Wednesday, February 23 from 5 to 7 p.m. so everyone can enjoy the fiesta safely.**
Celebrate National Margarita Day (and Taco Tuesday) at Town Square with a pop-up margarita and taco bar in the ballroom!
Bring your friends and enjoy housemade margaritas and an all-you-can-eat taco bar with chicken, beef and veggie options. The fiesta starts at 5 p.m. Don’t be late!

Pilates Class Registration
About the instructor:
It all began in 2011 when I decided to join a fitness class at the local gym. The only classes that they were offering at the time was Pilates and Zumba. So, I decided to give Pilates a try and absolutely fell in love with how it made me feel!
In 2016, I became a personal trainer. My main emphasis has been on nutrition but I couldn’t forget about how Pilates made me feel. I received certification to teach a class called fusion. Fusion is a mixture of yoga, Pilates and barre. Then 2020 came… and I decided to take advantage of the down time and take some continuing education classes and I rediscovered Pilates.
Along with being certified as a personal trainer, I also have certifications in acupressure. I run a studio in Waupun for acupressure.
Classes are located in Town Square Community Center’s Studio A (unless noted otherwise).
Wednesday: 5 p.m.

The postures are also designed to open the many channels of the body—especially the main channel, the spine—so that energy can flow freely. (yogajournal.com)

Beginners as well as seasoned yoga students will feel comfortable in my classes. She teaches to all levels and she hopes that you leave her classes refreshed, revived, and more connected to your inner self!

After growing up in Wooster, Ohio, and Kewaskum and West Bend, Wisconsin, and spending summers in Green Lake...and then living in Green Lake, and then Mexico and then Texas as an adult...Carol is thrilled to be back in Green Lake. It was here in Green Lake that she would swim, water ski and horseback ride as a kid. Gallery Reception: The Photographic Art of Joy
In February, the Town Square Community Center lobby will feature work from photographer Jessica Joy Schumacher. You can meet Jessica personally at the artist reception scheduled for Friday, February 4, 5 to 6 p.m.
Jessica writes: “I look through the viewfinder, I scan what I see. I stop. That’s it. That’s the shot! I can see it before I even click the shutter. Snap! I hear it, I see it, I capture it.”
My father was the first person to put a camera in my hand some 25 years ago. I think my creativity comes from him. High school is when this passion really took off. There I found so much creativity with black and white film and processing those images in a darkroom. After high school, I started working for a studio right when film was becoming obsolete and digital was all the new rage. I was trained as a portrait photographer, families, children, high school seniors and so much more.
To this day I am still a portrait photographer. Besides The Photographic Art of Joy, I also co-own SLS Photography, LLC with my awesome business partner Beth. If you are in need of portraits check us out at slsphotographyllc.com.
They say “do what you love,” and so I have. I capture images that bring me JOY. I take the beauty of the world and I freeze it in time so I can hold it in my hand. My name is Jessica Joy Schumacher. Not only do I capture what brings me JOY but it is also in my name. I hope you enjoy my photographic art enough to hold it in your hands and have it bring you JOY.
