Mill Pond Terrace Breaks Ground!

After approval early this year of the plan for the new multifunctional space known as Mill Pond Terrace, area contractors began breaking ground Monday, April 30. The first phase of the Mill Pond Terrace project will focus on hardscape, highlighting the center circle overlook as the focal point, and includes excavation, construction of a retaining wall, and the addition of decorative concrete, gravel and electrical.

Green Lake Renewal Announces Design for Mill Pond Terrace

The plan, envisioned by a local team and designed by the engineering firm Graef, incorporates green and paved spaces, multiple levels and curved lines to create a series of user-friendly and flexible spaces to accommodate markets, events, and mobile vendors.

January is National Clean-Out-Your-Closet Month

From now through January, donors will receive a “10% off” coupon for one of two participating local retail stores in Downtown Green Lake, Dish and Gysbers Jewelry, along with a tax-receipt from the non-profit Green Lake Renewal.
