Within Town Square you will discover two levels of rentable event space, both indoor and out. Designed by famed architect William Waters, the 1899 architectural gem features an eclectic array of Neo-Classical elements and turn-of-the-century classical revival design—the perfect backdrop for your special event.
Our team is here to help you with all the details including room setup and referrals for linen rental, decorations, entertainment, catering and more. We have an on-site commercial kitchen to assist with your catering needs and have complimentary wireless internet and on-site audio-visual equipment.

Returned to its original glory in 2021, the historic Green Lake County courtroom has been transformed into Town Square’s most elegant event space. With its double-door entry, soaring tin ceilings, crystal chandeliers, arched windows that overlook the Mill Pond and original hardwood floors, the ballroom is the perfect space for up to 160 guests.
Green Lake’s largest outdoor event space is an actual piece of functional art, perfect for any sized group, whether it’s 50 or 500 people. Overlooking the peaceful Mill Pond and waterfall, Mill Pond Terrace features steel and concrete, softened by wood and native plantings which creates a close-to-nature-yet-urban feel.
Town Square Tap is the beer garden located adjacent to Mill Pond Terrace. The Tap features craft beers, local wines, and a spectacular setting with an indoor/outdoor space overlooking the Mill Pond. It’s laid back vibe is perfect for rehearsal parties, casual weddings and gatherings of all kinds.
Conveniently located on Town Square’s main floor, Studio A is one of our most popular spaces for groups of up to 150. This space features textured-plank flooring and the original paneled walls with vintage Green Lake images. With two entrances, a low stage and waterfront views, this room is perfect for business gatherings, baby/bridal showers, intimate ceremonies and receptions.
Town Square’s favorite classroom space has a sunny, southern exposure, overlooking the bike garden. It offers comfortable seating for 24 students at classroom-style tables and chairs and is popular for classes, board meetings or medium-sized groups. The 560-foot room is connected to the Town Square lobby and features carpeting and giant whiteboards. Also, Studio B boasts a large, adjacent storage area (a former vault!) available to the room’s regular users.
GRAND LOBBY
From cocktail receptions to anniversary soirees, Town Square’s grand lobby offers an intimate setting for affairs of up to 75 guests. The lobby features high ceilings, a stately chandelier and original wooden details on the turned balusters which ornament the stairwell.
